Thompson T1 1998

カナダのルシアー、テッド・トンプソンのギターです。カナダ、ブリティシュコロンビア州のバーノンにて、45年のキャリアの中で1000本以上のギターを制作したそうです。

このモデルT1は、シトカスプルーストップ、インディアンローズウッドのバックサイドのコンサートサイズです。

トップのボトム、バインディング近くに打痕が一箇所ありますが、そのほかには目立つような傷や打痕はなく、補修跡も見当たりません。

ネックの状態は正常で、弦高は12フレット位置で6弦2.5mm、1弦2.0mmとなっています。

静謐で美しい音色で、演奏に繊細に反応し、フィンガーピッキングの弱いタッチでも豊かな表現が可能です。

This is a guitar by Canadian luthier Ted Thompson. Based in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada, he reportedly crafted over 1,000 guitars during his 45-year career.

This model T1 is a concert-sized guitar featuring a Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides.

There is one minor dent near the binding on the bottom of the top, but no other noticeable scratches or dents, and no repair marks are visible.

The neck is in good condition, with a string height of 2.5mm on the 6th string and 2.0mm on the 1st string at the 12th fret.

It produces a quiet, beautiful tone that responds delicately to playing, allowing for rich expression even with a light touch in fingerpicking.
