Di Giorgio Tipo Autor 1965

Di Giorgio社、1965年製のTipo Autorです。ラベルには”GRANDE SONORIDADE”との表記があります。

ブラジル、サンパウロのギターメーカーで、多くのブラジル人アーティストが使用したことで有名です。またAuthorは主力モデルでありバーデン・バウエルが使用していたことでも知られています。

トップはスプルース、サイドはソリッドのハカランダ、バックはラミネートのハカランダが使用されているものと思われます。非常に軽く、重さは1450gです。

スケールは640mm、ナット幅はおよそ50mmです。

細かな傷や打痕は多数ありますが、材の割れやそれに伴う修復歴などは見当たりません。また塗装の状態も安定しており、綺麗な外観を保っています。各部パーツはオリジナルと思われます。

ネックの状態も正常で、弦高は12フレット位置にて、6弦で3.5mm、1弦で2.5mmと一般的なセッティングです。サドルは低く、残りがあまりありません。

This Tipo Autor was made by Di Giorgio in 1965. The label reads “GRANDE SONORIDADE”.

This guitar maker is located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and is famous for the fact that many Brazilian artists have used their guitars.
The “Author” is their flagship model, and was used by Baden Powell.

The top is made of spruce, the sides are solid Jacaranda, and the back is supposed to be made of laminated Jacaranda. It is very light, weighing 1450g.
The scale is 640mm and the nut width is approximately 50mm.

There are many minor scratches and dings, but no cracks or repairs. The paint is in stable condition, and the appearance is clean. All parts are believed to be original.

The neck is in good condition, and the string height is 3.5mm on the 6th string and 2.5mm on the 1st string at the 12th fret, which is a typical setting. The saddle is low and there is not much left.
