YAMAHA L-8 1970's

1970年代、前期型のL-8です。

トップはエゾ松単板、サイド・バックは当時パリサンドルと呼ばれたローズウッドの単板です。小さな傷や打痕はありますが、材の割れやそれに伴う修復歴なども無く、年代からすれば状態の良いギターです。ストラップピンやピックアップの装着歴もありません。

ネックの状態は問題なく、弦高は12フレット位置で6弦2.2mm、1弦2.0mmと低めのセッティングとなっています。ただしサドルの高さにも6限側に3mm、1弦側に2mmほどの余裕があります。

サスティンが長く、奥行きのある、ウッディな響きです。

This is an early-model L-8 from the 1970s.

The top is made of solid Ezo spruce, while the sides and back are solid rosewood, which was known as “Parisandol” at the time. Although there are some small scratches and dents, there are no cracks in the wood or any history of repairs related to them, making this a guitar in excellent condition for its age. There is also no history of strap pins or pickups being installed.

The neck is in excellent condition, and the action is set low: 2.2 mm on the 6th string and 2.0 mm on the 1st string at the 12th fret. However, there is still some clearance in the saddle height—about 3 mm on the 6th string side and 2 mm on the 1st string side.

It has a long sustain and a deep, woody tone.

It comes with the original hard case from that era.
