Lowden S5 1980's

1980年から1985年にかけて日本のS.Yairiの工房にて生産されたS5モデルです。

ラベルがなく、シリアルナンバーは分かりません。ネックブロックにS5の刻印があります。

全体的に傷や打痕など多くありますが、材の割れなどは見当たりません。ブリッジに過去に補修された跡があります。

ネックもほぼまっすぐで、弦高は12フレット位置で6弦1.75mm1弦1.5mmと低めのセッティングです。トラスロッドの余裕もあります。

シダー・トップ、マホガニー・サイド&バックで反応のよいローデンらしい響きがするギターです。

テイラーギターのしっかりしたハードケースが付属します。

This S5 model was produced in S.Yairi's workshop in Japan between 1980 and 1985.

There is no label and the serial number is not known. There is an S5 engraving on the neck block.

There are many scratches and dents overall, but there are no cracks in the wood. The bridge has been repaired in the past.

The neck is almost straight and the string height is set low at the 12th fret position, 1.75mm on the 6th string and 1.5mm on the 1st string. There is also room for a truss rod.

The guitar has a cedar top and mahogany sides & back with a responsive Lowden-like sound.

It comes with a solid hard case from Taylor Guitars.
