Lowden L25C 1985-1989

ローデンが工場を日本のエスヤイリから北アイルランドのバンゴーに移した時期のギターです。シリアルから1987年前後のものだと思われます。

現在のOモデルと同様のシェイプで、シダー・トップ、ローズウッド・サイド&バックの組み合わせです。

小さな傷や打痕は多くありますが、目立ったものや大きな修復歴は見当たりません。バックの塗装が一部白濁しています。ネックヒールにストラップピンが装着されています。またエンドピンの穴が12mmに広げられています。現在ピックアップは取り付けられていません。

ネックも正常で、弦高は12フレット位置で6弦2.5mm、1弦2.0mmと標準的なセッティングです。サドルにも余裕があります。フレットもしっかり残っています。

大きなボディからくる迫力ある大きなサウンド、そして小さな音でも艶やかでサスティーンの長い、表現力豊かなギターです。

当時の純正と思われる古いハードケースが付属します。

This guitar is from the period when Lowden moved its factory from S.Yairi in Japan to Bangor, Northern Ireland. The serial number suggests that it is from around 1987.

The shape is similar to the current O model, with a cedar top and rosewood side&back.

There are many small scratches and dings, but nothing significant or major restorations. The paint on the back is partially cloudy. A strap pin is attached to the neck heel. Also, the hole for the end pin has been widened to 12mm. No pickups are currently installed.

The neck is in good condition and the string height is 2.5mm on the 6th string and 2.0mm on the 1st string at the 12th fret, which is a standard setting. There is plenty of room in the saddle. The frets are still in good condition.

This guitar has a big and powerful sound from its large body, and even at low volume, it is glossy and has a long sustain, making it a very expressive guitar.

It comes with an old hard case that seems to be genuine from that time.
