Avalon S-12 12strings Custom 2005

Avalon Guitarsは北アイルランドのハンドメイド・ギター・ブランドで、元々Lowdenの工房で働いていたメンバーで立ち上げられました。

このギターは2005年製のLegacy Series、珍しい12弦のカスタム仕様のギターです。比較的小ぶりなコンサートサイズのボディ、ベアクロウの出たスプルーストップ、マホガニーサイドバック、12フレットジョイントという仕様です。

傷や打痕も少なく、補修歴もありません。ピックアップやストラップピンの装着歴もありません。

ネックの状態も問題なく、12フレット位置での弦高は6弦2.2mm、1弦1.7mmと低めのセッティングで12弦ですが抑えやすいです。

繊細で美しいサウンドですが、音量もあり、多彩な演奏が可能です。

Avalon Guitars is a handmade guitar brand from Northern Ireland, founded by members who originally worked at the Lowden workshop.

This guitar is from the Legacy Series, a rare custom-spec 12-string model. It features a relatively compact concert-sized body, a spruce top with bearclaw figure, mahogany sides and back, and a 12-fret neck joint.

It shows minimal scratches or dents and has no repair history. No pickups or strap pins have ever been installed.

The neck condition is excellent. The 12th fret string height is set low: 2.2mm for the 6th string and 1.7mm for the 1st string, making it easy to play despite being a 12-string.

It produces a delicate and beautiful sound with good volume, enabling versatile playing.
