Thompson TM1 2005

カナダのルシアー、テッド・トンプソンのギターです。カナダ、ブリティシュコロンビア州のバーノンにて、45年のキャリアの中で1000本以上のギターを制作したそうです。

このモデルTM1は、シトカスプルーストップ、マホガニーのバックサイドのコンサートサイズです。

目立つような傷や打痕はなく、補修跡も見当たりません。ストラップピンやピックアップの増設跡などもありません。

ネックの状態は正常で、弦高は12フレット位置で6弦2.0mm、1弦1.8mmとなってひくめのセッティングです。

マホガニーらしい明るい音色で反応が良い一方、トンプソン特有の静謐で美しいサウンドを持ち合わせています。

This is a guitar by Canadian luthier Ted Thompson. He is said to have crafted over 1,000 guitars during his 45-year career in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada.

This Model TM1 is a concert-sized guitar with a Sitka spruce top and a mahogany back and sides.

There are no noticeable scratches or dents, nor are there any signs of repairs. There are no traces of strap pins or additional pickups having been fitted.

The neck is in good condition, and the action is set low, measuring 2.0 mm on the 6th string and 1.8 mm on the 1st string at the 12th fret.

It produces a bright tone characteristic of mahogany and is responsive, whilst also possessing the serene and beautiful sound unique to Thompson’s instruments.

It comes with a original hard case.
