Martin D-35S 1979

1979年製のD-35Sです。

見た目からの判断により、オーバーラッカーされた個体のようです。ただしトップにはすでにウェザーチェックが入り始めているので、塗装されてから年数は経っているようです。傷や打痕も少なく、大切に扱われてきた楽器のようです。

木部の補修歴や、ピックアップやストラップピンの装着歴もありません。フレットもしっかり残っています。

ネックの状態は問題なく、12フレット位置での弦高は6弦2.0mm、1弦1.7mmと低めのセッティングです。

12フレットジョイントの大きなボディならではの存在感のある太いサウンドながら、D-35らしい少し丸みがあって温かみのあるトーンが魅力的です。

This is a 1979 D-35S.

Based on its appearance, it seems to have been over-lacquered. However, weather checking has already begun on the top, indicating the finish has been applied some time ago. With few scratches or dents, it appears to be an instrument that has been well cared for.

There is no history of wood repairs, pickup installations, or strap pin additions. The frets are also well preserved.

The neck is in good condition, with a low string height setting at the 12th fret: 2.0mm on the 6th string and 1.7mm on the 1st string.

It produces a rich, substantial sound characteristic of a large body with a 12-fret joint, yet retains the D-35's signature slightly rounded, warm tone.

It comes with a genuine blue case in good condition.
