Lowden O25 90's

シリアルより、90年代の後半のギターだと思われます。

O25は、一番大きいOサイズ、シダートップにインディアンローズウッドのサイド・バックのモデル。

トップには打痕や弾き傷など多いです。ブリッジ下の膨らみもありますが、元々ローデンのギターはそれを前提に作られているとのこと。フレットは弦の跡などもあり、多少の摩耗はありますが、現時点で演奏に支障はありません。バックのブレーシングに一部再接着の修理跡があります。

ネックヒールにストラップピンはありません。以前ピックアップの装着歴があるのか、エンドピンの穴が広げられています。現在はピックアップは装着されていません。

ネックの状態は正常で、弦高は12フレット位置で、6弦2.0mm、1弦1.5mmと低めのセッティングですが、サドルの高さは十分に残っています。サドルは牛骨で新しいものに作り変えられています。

レスポンスの良いトップのシダーと深みのある低音のローズウッドが調和した素晴らしいサウンドです。

純正のHiscox社製のハードケースが付属します。ケースの表板に少し変形が見られます。

From the serial number, the guitar is from the late 90's.

O25 is the largest O size, cedar top with Indian rosewood sides and back.

There are many dings and play marks on the top. There is also a bulge under the bridge, but Lowden guitars were originally made with this in mind. The frets have some wear, including some string marks, but there are no problems with playing at this time. The back bracing shows signs of some re-gluing repairs, but has been properly repaired.

There is no strap pin on the neck heel. The holes for the end pins have been widened to see if pickups have been installed before. Currently, no pickups are installed.

The neck is in good condition, and the string height is set low at the 12th fret, 2.0 mm on the 6th string and 1.5 mm on the 1st string, but the saddle remains high enough. The saddle has been rebuilt new with cow bone.

The responsive top cedar and deep bass rosewood blend harmoniously for a great sound.

A genuine Hiscox hard case is included.The front panel of the case is slightly deformed.
