McIlroy GuitarsのA25C、2020製です。

McIlroy Guitars

Made by McIlroy Guitars A25C, 2020.

McIlroy Guitars is a manufacturer launched in 2000 by Mr. Dermot McRoy, a former factory manager in Loden, Ireland. In the 90's, when Roden's management was not going well, he became independent with the dream of creating his own model. There are only 12 authorized dealers in the world, and there are no stores in Japan that currently handle new products, so it is a guitar that is difficult to obtain.

The construction and sound are naturally similar to the Loden, with a clear piano-like sound and long sustain, but compared to the Loden, the resonance of each string is harmonized, and even with strong picking, the sound is well-coordinated without going wild. In addition, the number of production is small, and I feel that the selection of materials and handwork are carefully done.

This guitar is a standard model called A series, with walnut side back of cedar top and cutaway.

The condition is as good as new, and the neck is in good condition. String height is 2.0mm for 6th string at 12th fret and 1.75mm for 1st string. The saddle also has a margin of about 3mm.

Comes with a Hiscox hard case
