Martin D-18P 1988

1988年製のD-18Pです。

発売当時「ロープロファイルネック仕様」のものに"P"が付きましたが、現在はこれが標準仕様となっています。ナット幅は43mmです。

目立つようなな傷や打痕、材の割れやそれに伴う補修歴なども見当たりません。ピックガードは張り替えられているようです。ストラップピンやピックアップの装着歴もありません。フレットもしっかり残っています。

ネックの状態は問題なく、12フレット位置での弦高は6弦で2.0mm、1弦で1.8mmと弾きやすいセッティングです。

マホガニーならではのレスポンスの良い明るい音色ながら、しっかりとした中低音があり、ストローク・ピッキングが気持ちが良いギターです。

This is a 1988 D-18P.

At the time of release, the “P” denoted the low-profile neck specification, but this is now the standard specification. The nut width is 43mm.

There are no noticeable scratches, dents, cracks in the wood, or associated repair history. The pickguard appears to have been replaced. There is no history of strap pins or pickups being installed. The frets are also well preserved.

The neck is in good condition. The string height at the 12th fret is 2.0mm on the 6th string and 1.8mm on the 1st string, providing a comfortable playing setup.

It delivers the bright, responsive tone characteristic of mahogany while maintaining solid mid-to-low frequencies, making it a very satisfying guitar for strumming and picking.

It comes with the original hard case.
