Gibson Gospel 1973-75

1970年代のキブソン、ゴスペルです。

ボディシェイプはスクエアショルダー、ネックはメイプルの5ピース、サイド・バックはメイプルの合板でアーチドパック、といった特徴ある仕様です。

この時代のギブソンではよくある樹脂製のバインディングの劣化が見られ、ところどころ欠けています。また弦高を下げるためにブリッジが削られており、サドルの残りもほとんどありません。その他には大きな傷や材の割れ、修復歴などはありません。

弦高は12フレット位置で6弦2.5mm、1弦2.2mmとなっています。

ロングスケールで張りがありながら、メイプルの優しくふくよかな中低音が気持ちの良いサウンドです。

This is a 1970s Gibson Gospel.

It features a distinctive design: a square shoulder body shape, a 5-piece maple neck, and arched-back maple back.

The resin binding, common on Gibsons from this era, shows deterioration and is chipped in places. The bridge has been shaved down to lower the string height, leaving almost no saddle remaining. Otherwise, there are no major scratches, cracks in the wood, or evidence of repairs.

Action at the 12th fret is 2.5mm on the 6th string and 2.2mm on the 1st string.

It's a long-scale guitar with a firm feel, yet the maple delivers a warm, rich mid-to-low end for a pleasant sound. It's a guitar well-suited for backing 70s rock or vocals.
